An important characteristic in the Chinese new reform of basic education is the "three degrees management of courses".Chinese primary and secondary schools are too necessary to follow the unified and mandatory management of school curricula and teaching materials.Schools can develop the special curriculum and the implementation according to the spirit from "Curriculum Standards";it can provide a great choice and development space to local education governments and schools.Physical education is an important part of the foundation education in school,the implementation of sports school-based curriculum is one of the important ways that is constantly promoting the development of physical education curriculum reform.Based on the teaching of sports and physical education curriculum standards for our theoretical guidance to nine primary and secondary schools for a school year of school-based curriculums development of sports,and through the experiments before and after to compare their effects of sports of students study.This study selected a total of 2,700 people from primary and secondary school students as a test group and control group,the experimental group of sports teaching school-based curriculum development,while maintaining the control group of traditional teaching model unchanged,after one year's experiments,statistical analysis of survey data has been drawn as the following conclusions:(1)sports school-based curriculum development of primary school students learning attitude,complex performance and spirit of cooperation,pure health behavior and the dimensions are a positive and significant effect on the primary and secondary school students in a sports school-based curriculum for teaching physical education and health after the interest and knowledge Attitude has greatly improved. (2)Sports junior high school students on school-based curriculum development of sports have a positive learning attitude significant impact on the performance of affection and spirit of cooperati0n,pure act with a certain impact on health,but the experimental group compared with the control group did not significantly affect.(3)sports school-based curriculum development for high school students learning attitude, performance and complex component of the spirit of cooperation significantly affected,the experiment after experiment in physical education attitude significantly improved,but the impact on the health of the general,this may be the same high school students Careers greater pressure on the extra-curricular sports and choose to ignore the health activities of a certain relationship.(4)sports school-based curriculum development of primary school students do not have the impact of gender differences,boys and girls in learning attitude,complex performance and cooperation of the three components of health are very significant progress, men and women are not significantly different.(5)Sports school-based curriculum development to the impact of secondary school student's men and women between the individual differences.Between the health of the most significant difference between men's health behavior significantly better than girls.(6)sports school-based curriculum development for high school students men and women have a positive impact,but the impact was significantly higher than that of boys of girls,boys dimensions of the vast majority of female students is greater than the rate of progress.
