Well facilitating the quality education of college student is crucial to the higher education. Currently, the quality education has been put on the high position in fraction of the western countries. The importance of quality education is cognized in our nation, whereas how to develop it effectively is also a valuable subject in research.Through the interaction, mutual-influence and mutual-restraint, the higher education and the regional economic subsystem constitute a whole system with certain structure and function. Actually, the whole system is greater than the sum of its part. As a complicated compound system, the"Vocational quality education - economy"system will promote the development of the society on the condition that the two parts grow harmoniously. On the contrary, the productivity will be blocked seriously by the paralysed system. Thus, harmonizing the development of vocational quality education and social economy is all-important. According to the present situation of social economy, investigating on the vocational quality education of the college is a significant subject.Combining the 5-years working experience of student-management and taking the quality education of college as the starting point, the author emphasizes the vocational quality education in the entire quality education of the college. Based on fuzzy cluster analysis, scientific partition of the vocational interests is carried out, and different educational methods correspond to different types of student. Utilizing the model established on the analytic hierarchy process, the paper quantitatively analyzes the vocational capability of students with the uniform vocational interest. Meanwhile, from the analytical results, a few suggestions and methods to enhance the vocational capability are put forward. On the research of vocational ethics and mental health education,"Dual personality inclination"influencing on the fuzzy cluster analysis and analytic hierarchy process is analyzed from the viewpoint of Game Theory. In Conclusion, with the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, how to achieve the sustainable development of vocational quality education is proposed.
