Studies On Marital Quality In Guiyang And Improving Marital Quality By Using Psychological Coaching

Objective: Marital quality is of vital importance to the families'fixedness. Now , in China, we advocate to build harmonious society and harmonious families that is a prerequisite for my study. Investigate and analyse marital quality in Guiying and study how to improve marital quality by using psychological coaching.Methoods: 568 subjects were taken from different areas in Guiyang by stratified whole sampling who have different academic credentials, jobs and income. And they are in different ages. The subjects were measured with Olson's marital quality inventory. Variance analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis were used for data analysis. And analysed marital quality by making models. In the part of discussion , introduced the relationship between marriage and mental health, the theories of marriage counseling by the numbers. Analysed the conflicts in marriage how to bring from psychological point of view, and studied how to improve marital quality by using psychological coaching.Results:â… There are many differences of marital quality in the aspects of demography variable: these aspects that can influence marital quality are the couples in different types of family or the couples of different education levels or the couples with different jobs and income, or the couples in different ages or they live in different areas.â…¡Satisfaction of marriage and spare-time activities are the most important influential factors in marital quality.â…¢The satisfaction of family life was decided by these factors that they are Satisfaction of marriage, over-ideal, economic arrangement, spare-time activities , offspring and marriage , relationship with relatives. The harmonization of the couple mix in with each other was decided by these factors that they are character inosculation, intercommunion of the couple, soving collision, sexual life, and equal role.Conclusion:â… The marital quality is lower in Guiyang.â…¡Marital quality can affect mental health.â…¢We expect that the couples in Guiyang should be capable of improving their marital quality through psychological coaching.
