Research On System Reformation Of Suzhou Lida School

According to the studies on the development of system reformation for western coutries and Chinese schools, this dissertation explains the appearance of private schools is the inevitable result of the development of social economy. The education department started to realize marketization and run by local people after China reform and opening up policy was put forward. So far, it is a fact that both work and education are important. The appearance of joint-stock schools is a new try of Chinese education system reformation.On this basis, this dissertation chooses Suzhou Lida middle school as a case study. According to the fact that some relative laws constituted and education system has developed, it discusses the process of Suzhou Lida middle school system reformation and compare with the different situation before reformation and after. The methodology of this dissertation includes two parts. One is the interviews with decision-makers who anticipate in the system reformation. The other is questionnaire for teachers who witnesses the reformation. At the same time, this dissertation also tries to find the main factors that make schools finish reformation successfully. In the last part, this dissertation analyzes other problems that happened during the period of system reformation. It supplies a new insight for other schools, and also became a good example for private schools and education department to make a proper decision.
