In the development of modern competitive volleyball, European and American women volleyball teams have many common characteristics. They all play powerfully, simply, practicably, and get advantages of net by jumping more highly and quickly. Because of the improvement of game regulations and the development of modern volleyball technology, the serves are so aggressive that the difficulty of receiving and serving is much higher and the accuracy of first pass is much lower. So when the first pass or dig is not done well, the technic of right sideline's hard spike improves dramaticly.This thesis is based on the research six players of Jiangsu women volleyball team, with the research methods as data and document research, video analysis, mathematic and physical statistics and compare and contrast. Through the research on the technology of the right sideline's straight running up to spike, it provides the suggestion of how to spike better and the reference data that help coaches .The conclusions are as follows:All of the six studying objects use two-step running up and step-by-step running up. The right foot firstly falls behind on the ground in the last step of running up, but the left foot firstly falls behind on the ground in the last step of step-by-step running up.The increase of the pace in the running up period has not evident correlation with the increase of the speed. But the pace and speed will influence the angle of the coxa and knee and the change of the angle of coax and knee will also influence the momentum,speed and undulation of the gravity.All of the six studying objects' proportion in the amortizing period is bigger than the proportion in the lolling period. The length in the lolling period has the highly positive correlation with the height of the jumping period. Thus the lolling will influence the height of the jumping. The angle of the lower limps joint is a little small in the jumping period. We can conclude that the lack of the power from the leg will result in the insufficiency of the lolling from the left knee.In the air driving period, the speed of the palm have some correlations with the extent of sideways and displacement of the coxa corner. The displacement of the right coxa corner is bigger than the displacement of the left coxa corner, but the extent of the stretch of the right knee is bigger than the left knee. But there are some discrepancies from every athlete because of the difference of the knee angle. The data from the plumb displacement of gravity,the maxium speed of the elbow and the loss rate of the shoulder has a big discrepancy between our athletes and the world outstanding athletes.All of the six studying objects' amortizing extent of the left knee is bigger than that from the left one in the falling period, but whether there exists some difference of the amortizing extent from the left knee joint and right knee joint is not sure and needs further research.
