Analysis And Countermeasures About Rebounds Between Chinese Men's Basketball Team And The World Top Teams In The 15^th World Men's Basketball Championships

Rebounds is the main way of controlling ball in a ball game, whether a team can control rebounds in crucial moment may affect the final outcome of the race. World Men's Basketball Championships is the highest level of competition, which represents the direction of World Basketball. In this thesis, compared the different way of getting and applying the rebounds between Chinese team basketball and other World top teams in the 15th World Men's Basketball Championships, I found the crux of how to apply and improve rebounds confrontation from the current development of China basketball to achieve coordinated development of the overall.In this thesis, with the 15th World Men's Basketball Championships, I used method of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the ways of getting and applying rebounds home and abroad comparatively, the results are as follows: (1) compared with the strong world team, members of Chinese Men's Basketball Team are younger in age, as is a relatively young team, they show the disadvantage of poor experience, lack of awareness, weak psychological compression in the game. (2) The average height of the Chinese team ranked first, compared with the European and American outside members figured with low height, fastness, and accurateness, Chinese team was characterized as "large contingent". (3) The rebounds got by the inside and outside of Chinese team distributed unreasonably, mainly in the inside, guards and forwards had bad capacity of controlling the rebounds. (4) World top teams had better awareness than that of the Chinese team for getting rebounds and could well control it then had the prominent capability of getting the scores. (5) The Chinese team defensive rebound is more than the match, but the defensive rebound launch ability of fast break is weak, the launch which the member moves the opportunity and the direction do not favor fast break (6)In this basketball championship, national team had poor physical confrontation in getting rebounds and could not have the privilege in the personal contact of the confrontation. (7) Long-term physical problem confusing the Chinese team remained serious at the world championships and have not been completely resolved, the components had better physical ability and got more rebounds in the 4th section. (8) man-to-man defense in the half court was frequently used by both teams there was a gap between the Chinese team and the strong teams in successfully getting rebounds by using man-and-man defense.
