A Comparative Study On The Institution Of Sports Instrucor Between China And Japan

The institution of Sports instructor means that sports instructors in the organizational setup,the division of authority,the operating mechanism of the system. China from June 10th,1994 began implementing the 'sports instructors technical level syetem'.The system provide for the voluntary guidance fo sports instructors.In October,2001,it was promulgated the 'National Sports Instructors Professional Standards' by the State Department of Labour and Social Security.It marks the introduction of sports instructors work has started to enter the standardization and institutionalization,the rule of law and occupational tracks.Its target for the norms of sports in paid work of the vocational guidance of instructors.Although the system has been established nearly 14 years and improved gradually,however,due to China's system of sports instructors to its late start,coupled with social environment changes and other reasons,by now,there are still so many problems.Japan and China located in eastern Asia,and are relatively close in ethnic origin,living habits and education system.Early in their mid-20th century it began to attach importance to the development of cummunity sports and started the implementation of the system of sports instructors in 1987.After 20 years of development,it has worked out a set of fairly complete system of community sports instructors.Based on this,this study focuses on China and Japan's system of sports instructors,studied the policy instructor of sports management of institutions,classification systems,training systems and training items.Initially introduced the Insurance System of Sports Instructors in Japan.Through this comparative analysis,I summed up many problems,such as management authority of the uncertainty,sports instructors classification system rather than the result of the training content is not strong set of targeted,training in specialized settings deficiencies resulting higher level of professionalism.At the same time,I also summed up the telative improved aspects in Japan's system,and made some relevant recommendations on the settlement of sport instructors of China.With a view to China's social system of the perfect sports instructors to provide useful information and references.
