The system constitutes the important mechanism and the carrier of all management activity. Whether the system does have the rationality or gathers moral will have influence on the value of management effectiveness directly. Therefore, the system-ethics or the system values' establishment and deference in college management will directly affect the college management potency, and will have great effect on college teaching and research and other development goals.This article attempts to propose the basic framework of the college management system-ethics research in system-ethics perspective, trying to solve the system issue of moral rationality through the search of college management the system-ethics.
