Seconddary Vocational Education: Its State Analysis And Strategies Research

With a fast development of China's market economy and the adjustment of economic structure and industrial construction, there brings to vocational education a great influence, more over, an unprecedented challenge exists throughout the whole vocational education. This thesis takes"taking service as priority and providing employment as countermeasures" as key ideas for the development of vocational education and makes a careful analysis about the vocational education of its developmental status and some strategies can meaningfully be provided.The thesis firstly makes an analysis of existing problems schooling mechanism, subjects establishment, structure of curriculum, management system, conflict between supply and needs of talents; irrational teaching methods; unstable teaching staff, employment andOn the basis of problems analysis, the thesis proposed a series of strategies for solving problems. This includes reform of putting forward the management system, regularizing educational principles, raising the service standards, strengthening the collaborative way of schooling between the east and west areas, making a thorough reform of teaching development, constructing various poly-training models, working out strategic ways for students' enrollment and their employment guiding, establishing a multi-approach of education.All these exploration is aimed to make a sustainable development of secondary vocational education to meet the demand of social and economic development.
