The Current Situation Of Enterprise Education And The Thinking Of Construction Pattern In Chinese Universities

The enterprise education has became a most important part of college education .It can tightly combine society economy and education.It has advanced the aim of integrate reformation to a new higher arrangement, which is required of improving obtain employment and promoting culture development. Recently , the enterprise education has obtained increasingly attention due to the difficulty of graduates employment generated by the rapid expansion of graduate number. Nine Universities were designed as pilot institutions which make an urgent demand of the investigation of theory. It's significance for the development of economy , increasing employment ,speeding up science and technology which is also the recall of times.The investigation divided into several parts. In the first section ,I analyze the background,significance and method of the investigation . In the second section, I propose its basic theory, analyze the meaning and characteristics of starting a business, elaborate the connotations, characteristics, function and value of enterprise education, and present that the enterprise education in colleges and universities of China aims at cultivating college students' integrated qualities by renewing the idea of starting a school and reforming the system of curriculum, the teaching content and methods. On the other hand,it focuses on showing the idea of enterprise education that can exist in the students'education and constructing the system of enterprise education to cultivate college students'spirit and ability to start a business based on the education of speciality.In the third section, conclude the characteristic and mode of other countries'enterprise education and generate enlightenment for our country's enterprise education based on this analysis. In the fourth section, I elaborate the present situation of development in enterprise education of colleges and universities in China,analyze its major existing problemsand present the relevant reasons. In the fifth section, based on the comparison between domestic and overseas enterprise education, we bring up a new conceive for our college enterprise education. We try to rebuild up the system of our country's enterprise education, about the optimization of external education environment and how to draft a complete enterprise education course system and practice-service system.
