Study On Cooperation Model Of Talent Training Of Higher Vocational Education

Higher Vocational Education is an important component part of China's higher education,that plays a pivotal role for the practical training of high-tech and skills talents, trains a large number of production, management, construction, and service workers for China's socialist modernization, and has made tremendous contributions to improve China's comprehensive national strength.While seeing the rapid development of higher vocational education, we also realize that the higher vocational institutions still have some defects in talents-raining, especially in the quality of personnel training. In order to improve the quality of talents-raining for vocational institutions, the study discusses how to foster talent that applicable to enterprises and employing units from the talents- training model.Firstly, the study introduces the background of higher Vocational Training "cooperation" model, accesses to a large number of relevant literatures, and shows the significance of the paper.Secondly, from the connotation of talents-training mode, the study starts on "what" the Vocational Training of "cooperation" model is, and contrasts the similarities and differences between the higher Vocational Training "cooperation" model and the "school-enterprise cooperation" model.Thirdly, beginning with the status of Nanchang Vocational Training mode, the paper discusses the problem of Nanchang Vocational Training mode, answers the question of "why" to adopt Vocational Training "cooperation" model.Finally, drawing on the success of foreign Vocational Training experience, the study discusses the question of "what to do", that is, from the basis of Vocational Training's principles, objectives, programs and achieving security mechanisms, and other areas to Construction of Nanchang's Vocational Training "cooperation" model.
