On A Completing Corporate Governance Structure Of Chinese Independent Colleges

Independent colleges are the product of the innovation of Chinese higher education. They are started in 1999. With their mother universities'and non-governmental organizations'high-quality educational resources and operating mechanism,they grow quickly and become important parts of Chinese higher education and play an important role in making higher education more advanced and accessible.As a new model of higher education,Independent Colleges has been the development of countries and the strong support of governments at all levels. However, like all other new things, the development of independent colleges will be a gradual process of refinement and maturity, in this process there are bound to be some difficulties, problems and contradictions. There is no readily available on the national model in terms of sets, there is no ready-made templates to be found, there is no ready-made learning experience, all the time now. For this reason, independent colleges and schools is necessary to regulate to achieve a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, the establishment of sound corporate governance structure is of paramount importance.At present, the Independent Institute on the structure of corporate governance focused on the independence of Independent Colleges, ownership issues, corporate governance structure analysis of the status quo.In this paper, by introducing an independent course of development of the Institute, analyzing the relevance of corporate governance structure as well as the delineation of the concept of independent colleges to the school system on Chinese independent colleges to carry out an overview of corporate governance structure.
