College students are the motherland's future and the national hope. Educating and training them properly is the foundation of the socialism construction. At present and in the future whether the college student's thought morals and the science and culture quality is good will be related to the 21st century's China's appearance directly, to our country's socialism modernization enterprise's goal. Moral education is very important in the college, it shoulders the important load of carrying on the moral education to the students systematically, plays a influential role in the entire nationality's moral quality. The reason why the university moral education can display the great important function in university student's spiritual construction is that the university moral education contains deep humanities wisdom and spirits in it. The college moral education's process, in fact is the process of providing the rich humanities concern. However, because of the influences of the past obsolete thought format and multiple factor, the humanity concern in the university moral education has not been able to realize fully, still has the certain extent flaw, this has affected the university moral education effectiveness to a certain extent.The humanity concerned question in the university moral education's is not only a theory's question, but also is a practical question. The humanity concern is based on person's dignity, independence, free individuality, to meet each kind of question, exploration and explanation to person own existence and the development, to raise the noble personality, to promote the life's value. The humanity concern's core and the essence must be humanist, it stresses that our each work must suspend the human at the supreme status, must pour into the enthusiasm, must respect the human, show love to the human, enable each person's various aspects accomplished to obtain the raise and the respect, promotes person's freedom, to be harmonious and the full scale development. The so-called university moral education refers to the university pedagogues according to our country social development the request, in the Marxism and so on under the scientific system instruction, through certain content, method has the goal, to have the plan, organized, to have the step to carry on political thinking, moral rule, legal awareness, psychological quality and so on aspect to the university student educations, its goal is molds the university student has the ideal, to have the morals, the literacy, to have the discipline socialism constructor and the successor. The university moral education is to train people, create, develop, improve person's education activities, educational activities to make this truly effective and influential, the request moral education teacher must pour into the enthusiasm filled with to the university student, must respect the human, understands the human, cares about the human, cherishes the human, this is person's natural disposition full request, anybody longed for that can earn others' respect, understanding, concern and help .The humanities concern has the very vital significance in the university moral education: First, implements the humanities concern in the university moral education will be advantageous to university student's full scale development. Second, implements the humanities concern in the university moral education will be advantageous to enhance the moral education effectiveness. Third, implements the humanities concern in the university moral education will be advantageous to our country higher education goal realization. Fourth, implements the humanities concern in the university moral education will be advantageous to the harmonious society's construction.Due to the moral education teacher's insufficiency, deviation of school moral education ideas and the negative effect of social environment, there is still great gap in the construction of humanities concern in the university moral education ,although certain progress has been made presently .The problem is that the university moral education has neglected students' layered need in the moral education goal with the unification standard, and only paid great attention to mold person's general character; that the moral education ,in the content and the direction, has not been able to keep pace with the times and has not been able to draw close to the student real life according to the social change in transition period ; that the moral education has neglected students' main status in education process, but paid great attention to instill the ideas . The lack of humanities concern in moral education has caused some moral problems among university students, such as some students'confusion, morality corruption, and negative life attitude and so on. Therefore, to implement humanities concern in the university education is not only necessary, but also urgent.To implement and realize the humanities concern, such principles must be insisted as the independent principle, the democratic principle,the layered principle, the model principle and the self-education principle. The contents of humanities concern of moral education includes respecting the university student independence, developing students' individuality, attaching importance to student's need, and paying attention to university students' development.In the university moral education realizes that the strategy to implement the humanities concern is to enhance teacher's concern emotion and ability, build the campus humanities environment full of care and lead the university students to develop their self-education.
