Moral education is the freedom of the spirit of human being, which is also a practice of education to make man as being a man. However, the discipline condition in modern moral education results in the station that human being is enslaved, and so does the failure of moral education itself. The purpose of this dissertation is to seek the diagnosis of the condition of the modern moral education and then make a treatment: First of all, it's very necessary to analyze the basic concepts in moral education , such as moral education and knowledge education, standard education and the integrality of human being; on the groundwork of the conceptual analysis, I will advance the law and principle that moral education should followed, that is the principle of subjectivity, realize the independence ,freedom spirit and creativity of people's personality under the principle of subjectivity. Moreover, moral education is point to the spirit or meaning of human being directly, if moral education lacks to care of the student's inherent spirit and the life meaning, then it will lose the root of value. So, in certain extent, moral education is a kind of spiritual education, which is the fusion of horizons between the educator and the receiver in their spiritual or meaning aspect, and it is the communication during"I-You". Thus, this thesis advances the meaning aspect in moral education and to respect students'life world, in which the receiver can understand and experience the real meaning of moral education, and then promote the growth of one's own spirit and reach the completion of personality.
