When we study Chinese classroom management, we will find the disquisition almost remain within Chinese subject, few consider Chinese classroom management from management perspective, which blocks the development of Chinese teaching and education. This paper will make every effort to combine Management Thinking with Chinese teaching, which not only requires into the strategies of Chinese classroom management based on Person-oriented Thinking, but also discusses its features and functions.Paper includes five main parts:Chapter 1 the foreword of the paper describes its basic concepts, major methods of the research and the main reasons why we chose it as the research object.Chapter 2 presents the realistic foundation of the paper. In the process of investigating the research and practice of Chinese classroom management, it finds the research and practice of Chinese classroom management featured with Person-centered.Chapter 3 presents the theoretical foundation part of the article. The article considers the four parts——Humanistic Psychology, Humanistic Management Theory, Hierarchy of Needs Theory and Constructivism Theories, and gives each a clear explanation.Chapter 4 interprets the features and functions of the Chinese classroom management based on Person-oriented Thinking. The paper elaborates the four characteristic of the Chinese classroom management based on Person-oriented Thinking from four perspectives: managing value orientation, managing main, managing form and managing appraisement, and its five functions.Chapter 5 shows the investigation on strategies. The paper puts forward four strategies of the Chinese classroom management based on Person-oriented Thinking from the four aspects: creation of the classroom environment, construction of teacher-student relationship, the selection of teaching process and methods and establishment of the developmental evaluation system. This article has constructed the basic pattern of the Chinese classroom management based on Person-oriented Thinking.
