China's vocational education is in the development of a crucial period of transition from quantity to quality and efficiency,and vocational education teaching faculty quality is still important factors that are constrained comprehensive development of vocational education and improvement.Germany's vocational education teaching faculty construct a unique character and self-made systems,which provides a reliable guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of German vocational education."Master",as a major branch of vocational trainer in enterprises of the German teaching faculty,mainly takes on teaching apprentice practical skills tasks in the enterprise or cross-enterprise training center in the vocational education mode of "dual system"."Master system" comes from medieval crafts apprenticeship system.Up to now,German Master and correlative education and training system has developed maturely,and becomes an integral part of German vocational education teaching faculty teams practice.On the basis of systemic introduction on system structure of German general education and vocational education,the dissertation has made the systemic introduction surrounding the main types of German vocational teaching faculty,occupational characteristics of a form of culture training system and training way from German vocational teaching faculty troop,and has carried on the comprehensive and careful expatiation from its historical origins,the reality of the changes in the operation and development dimensions focusing on the "Master" which is an important part of German professional practice course teaching faculty education.In addition,the dissertation carries on thorough introduction on Master examination system that measures quality of German Master education from correlative laws and regulations,examination prerequisite,examination concrete content,examination appraisal system and examination system innovation,which sufficiently manifests characteristics of strict operation,consummate system and keeping pace with the time and so on on German Master examination system.Stones from other mountains can be made into jade.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and systemic introduction of German mature vocational education teaching faculty training system,the dissertation puts forward some proposals to make a reference for perfectly establishing Chinese characteristic vocational educational troop combining the theory and realistic question that exists in the process of our country's vocational education teaching faculty.
