Research On Cultivation Process Of Master Of Sport Even Management Of CIPE

The large-scale sports event activity is the new social activity which the modern society appears, developing rapidly. This domain specialized jobholders are scarce, although this domain of personnel cultivation already started in CIPE, but all also in initial and exploration stage. Exists many awaits improvements place of with the consummation. There are some problems needs to improve and the faultless. Therefore, the goal of this present paper is: perfect the cultivation process of the sports event management graduate students.This article uses literature material law,survey procedure,logical analytic method,mathematical method of average,conducted the exploring research on cultivation situation of the sports event management graduate students of CIPE. The findings indicated:1. The cultivation goal of graduate students in CIPE can play the instruction role for the cultivation of graduate students. But, it is not completely suitable for the cultivation of the sports event management graduate students, waits for consummating.2. In the process of Graduate students Entrance examination, subject and content of examination of Professional courses has a big disparity with the request of study direction of sports event management. At the same time, the study background of student without superiority in this study direction.3. The Knowledge structure and Knowledge background of the sports event manages teacher troop Waits for consummating and the enhancement in CIPE.4. In view of the particularity which the cultivation of the sports event manages graduate students, The curriculum which in the area of sports event management knowledge is not able to meet the needs of study completely, school grades stipulation of specialized fundamental course does not favor the student to choose the class.5. Course content of specialized direction class in the process which consummates gradually, but, the Systematic characteristic,the Thorough,the Usability,the Times also waits for consummating.6. CIPE has provided the first-class practice platform for the sports event management graduate students, but, there are some problems in whole arrangement and detail consideration of social practice, so, the students are not satisfies with the practice effect, the quality of social practice is not so good as they imagined.7. There have a whole displacement tendency in the employment direction, the pressure of employment has improved.8. The management of graduation thesis is standard,rigorous,order, graduation thesis composition enriched the theory research on sports event management.
