The human society has already entered the high-tech era. Science-technology has permeated every aspect of human society and brought revolutionary changes in people's way of life.But with the progress of science-technology, various unprecedented ethic predicament with science-technology emerges in endlessly.On this background, people have to reflect on the science-technology and its development.Thereupon, the study of sci-tech ethics rises all over the world.Ethics has always been the implemental basis of the moral education,therefore, school moral education should response to the rising and development of the sci-tech ethics .And we should bring sci-tech ethics into the the system of school moral education.This paper aims at studying how to bring sci-tech ethics into the the system of school moral education.In order to find out the conjunction point between sci-tech ethics and moral education ,the author researches the concept and theory of sci-tech ethics,examines the school moral education on the sci-tech ethics perspective,and puts forward corresponding innovation measures.So, on one hand, the moral education significance of sci-tech ethics is given full play. On the other hand ,the theoretical study, practice and reformation of moral education is advanced. The full text consists of three sections:The first section analyzes the time and theoretical background of the production of sci-tech ethics.With the development of science-technology, negative sci-tech effects become more obvious.A lot of penetrating ethic predicament with science-technology is assaulting people'traditional ethical ideas and the value neutrality of sci-tech is criticized by many scholars. Thereupon ,in order to guid the development of science-technology,people begin to construct new ethical principles.The second section is the interpretation of the sci-tech ethics. Beginning with the definition of sci-tech ethics, this section points out that sci-tech ethics is a kind of value concept system and practical moral activity that can guid the development of science-technology.Its essence is the deep thinking of the relationship between human beings and science-technology. On this basis, this section studys on the implication of sci-tech ethics and point out that sci-tech ethics reflects people-oriented values, improves the integration of scientific spirit and humanist spirit and promote the updating of the ethics that based on the development of science-technology.The third section studys on the moral education in the vision of sci-tech ethics. This section examined the school moral education on the sci-tech ethics perspective and points out four problems existing in the school moral education.First, moral education is marginalized and can't guid the development of science-technology education.Second, moral education is idealized and ignores the cultivation of students'sci-tech ethics consciousness.Third, moral education is closed and lacks of the attention to sci-tech ethics.Fourth, moral education is scientific,which goes against the harmonious development of students'technological rationality and value rationality. According to the existing problems, four countermeasures are put forward. First, orient the moral education correctly,and make it develop harmoniously with the science-technology education. Second, perfect the moral education goal,and pay more attention to the cultivation of students'sci-tech ethics consciousness.Third,update the moral education content,and concern the latest research results of sci-tech ethics.Fourth, transform the moral educational method,and focusing on the cultivation of the students' exploratory ability and practical ability.
