Purpose:The Accademy of Armored Forces Engineering of PLA organized the 2005 "joint training" students to implement the basic,focus on strengthening military training in the three months,and publican the teaching reform results in the form of promotion of military academies. But the pace of development process still can not meet the demands, especially the physical training of scientific process and the reality. According to the demands of the headquarters.In August 2006,our College would to promote the two-month "intensive training" in the military academies.Methods:The Academy of Armored Forces Engineering of Pal's College 120 new enrollment students programmed the targets for 'two-month training'; Random divided into case groups and control groups.And case group introduced with modern sports training methods and principles,the control group based on the previous program for training,one month later and at the final,assessment of the basic quality indicators,3,000 m running results and HR,BLA indicators.Results:(1) The evaluation found that the case group except high-bar pass rate of 98.3%,the remaining pass rates of 100%.(2) From results, sit for the case group(36.1±3.4) and the control group(27.8±2.1) relatively,reached the differences significant levels(P<0.05).(3) In addition,high-bar,parallel-bars experimental results compared with the control group,although reached differences significant levels.(4) 3,000m endurance race results compared with the control group,achieved to difference significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,3,000 meters immediately the HR and BLA value of the case group were lower than the control group. (5) From the other aspects,compared the basline and the after training results,3,000 m and HR immediately,both have reached a differences significant level.The control group only sit-down and 3,000m run reached a differences significant level.Conclusion:Introduced the sports training method to the academic institutions of the army physical training was feasible,the effect is obvious;(2)According to the armed forces,the implementation of the "three-dimensional" model training guidance in raising standards and the pass rate was significantly effective;(3) referring to training time and strength-training capacity were intensive and concentration,use of a variety of different training methods and changes in training,would mobilize the trainees enthusiasm,improve the basic quality of the trainees;(4) Introduced the interval training to 3000m run,used HR as a monitor to raise the level of tolerance is proved effectively.(5) in accordance with the training program,the training volume and training intensity might be constant adjustment to grasp the dynamic of training According to the actual training,this also made the military physical training into a higher level;(6) The research found that effective psychological support to the ideological and political education or training,the training will had a positive effect and effective impact.
