The Inquiry And Researsh Into The Current Situation Of Football Teams In Shanxi Common Colleges And Universities

Football is a favored form of sports for university students.It is very popular and it has a widespread mass foundation in almost every colleges and universities. University students longed for their own football matches.However,because of the backward sense of economic and sense of traditional education as well as sense of talent people,the football education and exercise in every Shanxi colleges and universities is in the beginning and chaos state.Therefore,the study for the college football teams of our Shanxi province requires unremitting efforts.This subject takes each kind of college and university in Shanxi province as an object of study,and among them,16 colleges and universities which took part in Philips CUFL(China University Football League) Shanxi Devision and the Football Matches in Shanxi University Games are the focal point of the study(not including PE specialized colleges and departments).Using the study methods of documents studying,questionnaire,experts visiting and mathematical statistics,this paper,from the point of each college football team in Shanxi province,aims at providing some theoretical foundation for the construction,training and competition of Shanxi colleges and universities.The following are the main points of view of this subject:1.Conclusion1.1 The source and select of students is poor,and the level of their skills is not high enough.Each university is eager to chase instant success of the team.1.2 The coach is not rationally provided.The shortage of coach resources and their low training level,the lacking of professional football coach,caused the low level of scientific research.1.3 The leaders and department responsible for the work did not attach enough importance to this game.They were worried about it would cost too much money but have no distinct improvement,and also about there would be fights and scuffles in the field.Therefore,they did not give enough concern to the football team.1.4 There are no set rules about the management of football team in universities and colleges,especially in the area of training management and the reserve forces management,there is no one training system conform to reality.1.5 The planning of university football match in Shanxi province cannot form a project and system,and it lacks long-term consideration as well as unite program.The competitions are few.1.6 Football game requires amount of manpower and material resources.But the material base of each university and college is weak and it is short of PE funds,then the enthusiasm of coach and players can not aroused1.7 The football team cannot provide their training time.The training methods and contents are not scientific.The training process is lacking in the scientific monitoring measure.The conflict between learning and training is conspicuous and the original intention of setting the football teams is not reasonable.2.AdviceAfter the thorough investigation and study into the college and university football teams in Shanxi province,this paper finds some of its problems in every aspects,2.1 To set up a perfect system of selecting players and a fine system of exporting them.2.2 To set up a virtuous circle in the system of competition and a favourable football atmosphere.2.3 To enhance the comprehensive quality and to raise the professional level of the coaches.2.4 To invest more in the football teams and improve the training conditions.2.5 To strengthen the training management and correctly handle the conflicts between the learning and training.
