Investigation On Will-character Of China's High-level Women Football Players

This paper analyses on China's high-level women's football players will quality on the basis of the will quality evaluation scale of top athletes made by Yin Xiaochuan with a questionnaire survey,documentary,and so on.The results are as follows:1.The differences between different training-life groups have mainly showed in the form and tenacious aspect.It is said that players of the high training-life group are less firm and more tenacious than the players of other two groups.By making a comprehensive analysis,we found that this difference resulted from complex reasons,such as multiplicity of the social roles they play,questions caused by the professional prospect and after-retire placement,the frequency of wound that is more common to the players of high training-life group,and so on.2.The differences between different education groups have mainly showed in consciousness.It is said that players of the high education have more consciousness than the players of other two groups.It is analyzed that the reason caused to this difference is the difference in abilities of abstraction and theoretical thinking,which is represented by the difference in education.3.The differences between different sports rank have mainly showed in decisiveness,self-control and the form and tenacious aspect.It is said that first-class players have less decisiveness,self-control and the form and tenacious than the players of other two groups.This question should be paid more attention to by players and coaches.4.To divide the group with the place on the playground,the average scores of all groups is some high and some low.This shows that the different players in different place has different responsibilities and play a different role accordingly training requirements,methods,tools are different to different athletes in different place.These conditions may lead to different changes in all dimensions of will quality of athletes in different place but such changes are not significantly different.5.The differences between national team and local teams have mainly showed in self-control and the form and tenacious aspect.Perhaps,this state is brought about by the pressure which is cause by the fatigue in both physical and mental aspects of players;local teams' players are more active and have stronger motivate than the national team's, excepting this,which could lead to the higher level of will-character in a certain sense,especially in self-control and the form and tenacious aspect.6.There is no significant difference between the first-three teams and the others in all aspects of will-character.The first-three teams' average score is higher than the others' besides in the decisive aspect. Therefore,shanghai,tianjin and Beijing three teams win the first ranks in the 2005's women super league matches after a season with a lot of twists and turns,which also profited by will-character expecting for the technical and tactical level.
