Study On The Development Of Rural Schools Based On The Background Of New Countryside Construction

To build the new socialist countryside is the great historical task in the modernization progress in our country. And the aim and requirement were summarized as the follows:the production developed,the life ample,the local custom civilized,the village accommodate,the management democratic. Obviously,the new countryside construction has rich contents and profound implications involving in many fields such as economy,politics,culture,education,medical health, environmental protection,and is the action program of "Three Agriculture" work in the new period.There is no doubt that the background of new countryside construction is a great opportunity to promote the development of rural schools.At the same time,there are challenges faced by rural schools about what they should do for new countryside construction,what they can do,and how to do.The development of rural schools needs fully seizing the opportunity to improve condition and wok in the schools so that they can adapt to the requirements of new countryside construction.Based on the above,This article applies literature method and interview method to realize the current status of new countryside construction and rural schools construction,and it also applies the theory of socialist new countryside construction,symbiosis theory and the theory of educational science to analyze internal and external factors involved in the development of rural schools.In order to accelerate the development of rural schools,we must actively promote the harmonious development of rural schools and new countryside construction,and fully understand the function of rural schools in new countryside construction,build modern school systems that contribute to the development of rural schools, develop the curriculum served for new countryside construction, and advance the building of standardization of rural schools. These not only are the main contents of the development of countryside social affairs and the construction of harmonious society,but also are important measures to reduce the educational gap and to comprehensively promote the balanced development of schools.
