| Raising student's morality has always been the primary task of school work. It is a question many people pondering that how to improve student's morality efficiently and qualitatively, within the low effectual moral education. This thesis attempts to analyze the function of the teachers'love in the growth process of student's morality, with a view to training, improving their morality and enhancing the effectiveness of moral education. Therefore, the thesis mainly analyzes the problem from four aspects which make up the whole structure. The first part elaborated the reason why I choose this problem to research on. This part mainly explained the importance of raising student's morality and introduced the realistic background from which I choose the subject. Moreover, a brief summary to related research references was involved in this part in which I tried to look for the theory basis for my research and found the existing problem and then focused on the research subject. The second part discussed the meanings and the characteristic of teachers'love. The thesis argues that the core meanings of love are: "Beyond the kindred relationship of love, the high moral insight and dedicated professionalism, humanistic and full of arts education." The differences between teachers'love and other forms of love lies in the professional objectivity, the profound sociality, the explicit sense of purpose, the firm sense of principle and the responsibility infinity and so on. The third part discussed the function of teachers'love in the growth process of student's morality and analyzed the reason which teachers'love played in student's morality. The fourth part is the strategy of love. This part mainly supposed several proposals for teachers about how to love their students. The fifth part is about how to being a caring teacher. Finally, I summarized the central idea and the main viewpoints in conclusion part, and point out the possible innovation and the problems awaiting attention in the future.
