Morality is the norm of people of society , if there wasn' t morality, not only many difficulties will happen in life existence and spirit of individual people growing up , but also a crisis will appear in the development of human society . Over the years , we have devoted to moral education, but quite few effects. An important reason is that the environment does play an important role in moral education. With the developing of our society, whether it is moral cognition of the intrinsic environment, or the external environment in which they are live in is quietly changing. In this paper, we committed to exploring conditions for the existence of moral cognition, trying to attract more attention and concern of people, and accordingly putting forward the strategy, to make school moral education filled with vitality and vigor.The thesis consists of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background to the study. Papers from the start with the plight of the modern moral, elaborates conditions of moral conditions on the theoretical basis for research. Based on the existing literature, we carried out a review, analysis and comment at the research at home and abroad , raised the significance of this article and research methods.The second chapter is crucial to define the concept and interpretation. Not only to the "moral" , "moral cognition" , "conditions" explained the three terms, and an analysis the distinction between "moral" and "virtue", "moral" essence; also explained difference between moral cognition and general cognition, meaning of the conditions of moral cognition, and it was ready for moral conditions of moral cognition of primary students.The third chapter focuses on emphasizing the cognition inherent conditions of moral cognition of primary students. They are moral concepts, moral judgments, moral evaluation and moral values and they are based on the concept, through the moral judgments and moral evaluation, and ultimately form moral values. The most important is that moral judgments on the basis of proposals, and on this basis to make recommendations.The fourth chapter discussed external conditions of moral cognition of primary students from four aspects including moral emotions, moral will, moral behavior and moral self. These four elements are associated with the occurrence of moral cognition, and they play to enhance or hinder the formation of moral cognition, and put forward the strategy.The fifth chapter have discussed environmental conditions of moral cognition of primary students, including economy , politics , culture , family , school , community and classroom, and put forward the strategy.This article holds that morality is the spirit of a country's support, and the school moral education carries the future and hope of the motherland. Primary stage is the formation of student moral development, an important stage of stereotypes, and only really concerned about changes of inherent and external conditions of moral cognition of primary students, and can make students good moral formation possible.
