Since the process of industrialization, the market state of the economy, sports socialization, three-city amateur tennis coach groups also have its own characteristics. In this paper, through the point of sociology, sports economics and psychology, we have a research of the group on the development of Huangshi city.In this paper, the writer draws the following conclusion through data collection, interview investigation and questionnaire survey, and through carries on the mathematical statistic to the questionnaire result, by analyzing the formation and development of this particular group of tennis amateur tennis coaches:(1)The socialization degree of Huangshi tennis movement is the important effect factor of the Huangshi tennis amateur coaches'development;(2)The socialization of Huangshi tennis movement is the important effect factor of the Huangshi tennis coaches'development;(3) Market economy effect is the important effect factor which the tennis amateur coaches development.The guidance department of Huangshi's tennis movement development is Huangshi Tennis Association, which subordinate the Huangshi Sports Bureau. The competition in Huangshi out or local are organized by the tennis association. In order to promote the tennis movement's unceasing development in Huangshi; Enhances the tennis population of the employed; Enhances the tennis movement industry scale and so on, to promote the tennis amateur coaches'development, causes it more quickly and better development.
