As everybody knows,didactical is aim at melt human being's civilization into individual's knowledge and capacity,thereby bring up students' stir and independence,boost up theirs main body consciousness,improve theirs whole diathesis and ability,make it to be realism body of the society.For an example as elective in College,unsuitable in the method of teaching may result in improper attitude and interest in study,as a result,it induce bad teaching effort.Hence, methods play an important role in teaching.This paper has researched in Grade 3 students of aerobics in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,first,we probe into the theory about Imagery exercise and disquisition actuality.Then discusses its practice meaning.Through the experiment, we find the result as follows:1.The usage imagery exercise more effectively than the traditional teaching in the required course of tennis to form movement technical ability.2.The usage imagery exercise more effectively than the traditional teaching in the required course of tennis to raise ability of imagery.3.The usage imagery exercise more effectively than the traditional teaching in the required course of tennis to transfer student's interest and stir up a effective learning motive.4.The imagery exercise is effective teaching method to teach tennis skills.Consequently,the imagery exercise is science training method which combines brain and body,there is no special demand and it isn't limited by place time or equipment,it's very convenient to use this method.So imagery exercise should apply into tennis courses.It's about the effect of Imagery exercise to approve the success ratio of forehand stroke in Tennis elective course.Compare through experiment,Imagery exercise has active affect about approving the success ratio of forehand stroke,it play an important role on approving Tennis elective course's quality.
