Alone with the new stracture of political and trade relationship between the two sides of the strait, the academic exchanges of both banks are also increasing frequency. However, near half century's isolation causes the both still separately have the different social system and the cultural condition. The cultural environment is the children development's important ecosphere. Education is the best culture disseminates environment. The traditional festival can be more intuitionistic to express the Chinese tradition culture. Children's traditional festival education is the national culture life hope department. therefore, may have lets both banks in each other special history the geography and the status pondered,mutual understanding in the sympathy , conscientious by contrast, to explores the new possibility in China's traditional culture and the education. To build further makes the China traditional festival pedagogical activity to be richer the positive practical significance, can adapt the needs of the cultural transmission.In view of the fact that both banks are China traditional culture in the background, Jinmen and Xiamen are homology and root nature but has the being different evolutionary process. The researcher through China traditional festival as carrier, by the both banks' special relations, takes the kindergarten traditional festival education as the investigation object. Using questionnaire and material analysis; the questionnaire adopts convenience sampling, chooses the Jinmen and the Xiamen Area Public Kindergarten partial teachers as study object. Extracts 13 kindergartens in the Jinmen area, the questionnaire provides 99, recycles valid questionnaire is 89. The Xiamen area extracts 6 kindergartens, the questionnaire provides 68, and recycles valid questionnaire is 48. The analysis in kind is mainly collection both banks kindergarten traditional festival pedagogical activity plan, the picture and the reference as the carrier, the achievement studies both banks teacher to hold the idea transformation form in the specific culture to the traditional culture. Compares the both banks kindergarten traditional festival pedagogical activity. This research results show:The Both banks kindergarten in the teacher background,traditional festival's pedagogical activity significance idea,pedagogical activity's development form,the education content and pedagogical activity's setting up in the traditional festival showed different ; But about the traditional festival culture significance approval and education goal in traditional festival were not different significantly. In addition, the Jinmen area kindergarten in the traditional festival and the parent-child activity's union, teacher's traditional festival's cognition the score is higher than in the Xiamen ; But the Xiamen Area Kindergarten is in traditional festival's environment arrangement and fondness for the traditional festival the score is higher than the Jinmen . A problem worthy to be pointed out is that present both banks kindergarten's academic exchanges opportunity are too few, and visits the opportunity also is only restricted in the Jinmen area kindergarten leaders, is far from meeting the both banks preschool education worker's the demand .
