Teachers are the main course of practice. From the 20th century, the curriculum reform has become the people to improve the curriculum and to promote the development of education as a routine procedure. However, many of the curriculum reform has not really completely on schedule to achieve the goal of reason and found that the implementation of the main course—teachers, has been at the forefront of reform and the "marginal, " not really involved in the practice. Century in response to China' s reform and the trend of the quality of the education reform, the Ministry of Education in 2002 promulgated a new "National College of Physical Education Curriculum guidelines for teaching. " 2003 "Outline" in the implementation of all colleges and universities.The successful implementation of curriculum reform depends on the active participation of teachers, teachers in active participation in curriculum reform was growing. Apart from teaching, involving after-school extra-curricular training and counseling, as well as to improve their professional standards.5, the majority of PE teachers for curriculum reform and support for optimistic attitude, but also recognize the current curriculum reform, there are still some difficulties, if the teachers lack the time or energy, students not meet the new curriculum reform, schools policies do not support, school leaders do not support, or material not in place and so on.
