With Wushu's gradual development toward the direction of being"high, difficult, new and beautiful", combined with the motto of the Olympic Games,"higher, swifter, stronger", the competition of Wushu becomes more and more competitive. Therefore, the relationship between the state of mind and the achievement of athletes is even closer. In the past, in the field of athletic psychology, more attention was focused on the adjustment of the athletes'negative state of mind, and less research was conducted on their active state of mind, especially that before the game, which is the psychological basis of athletes'best achievements. The objective of this research is to explore the main individual psychological factors of the formation of the best state of mind before the game, the functions of these factors, how to help athletes to form the best state of mind before the game through effective measures in training, and the interaction between the best state of mind and the achievements. Literature review, interview of experts, questionnaire, experiment and statistics are adopted in this paper, whose results are as follows:1.High self-efficiency and high level of state before the game are the significant individual psychological factors that promote the Wushu athletes'formation of the best state of mind before the game for.2.High level of the orientation of assignments'objectives is helpful in athletes'focusing on the current assignment.3.Such psychological training methods as the training of focusing, etc. can effectively promote Wushu athletes'formation of the best state of mind before the game.4.Among the state of mind before the game, the experiencing factor and controlling factor of self-objective can better predict the achievements.
