The Research On The Policy Of American Early 21st Century Teacher Recruitment And Retention In Rural Areas

The early 21st century, in order to further improve the quality of education, and make each child is equal education resources。All of American society to the school system needs a high-quality teachers, and the demand for rural teachers is a daunting challenge. The problem is very prominent during the teacher recruitment and retention is in the rural community, so how to recruit teachers of high quality and how to retain qualified teachers? The teachers in rural teachers′organizations and institutions, and relevant researchers are working to the theme of exploring, solutions and implement.The policy of recruitmnet and retaintion as the breakthrough point for me, this study is divided into three aspects, and a conclusion.First, describes the background of countermeasures. Rural teacher recruitment and retention is one of the key problems of rural teachers, has a long history.
