To make the class more effective is what all the teaching reforms focus on. Addicted to the long-term exam-oriented education, all the classes are the places where teachers speak all along while students have little chances to give their opinions. In this case, teachers devote too much but neither teachers nor students can achieve what they want. If the students really want to better understand the taught points, they have to spend much more time on it. Thus they waste a lot of time and carry on more burden. Luckily, the disadvantage has been realized and measures have been taken to do some research. Opening-class Teaching is just this kind of attempt following Dulangkou and the No.1 Middle School in Yanzhou City of Shandong province.The traditional teaching is tiresome with teachers teaching and students listening. The new program calls for the exchanges between teachers and students to concentrate on the latter. In the new style classes, students can show their talent, question, cooperate and compete. They can also choose how to pose and where to stand freely without just being fixed on the chairs.Opening-class Teaching is based on multi-element and inspiration. Through designing guiding plan by the teacher , students preview before they show their views in class bravely, after which others can raise their doubt. During the process, students develop their skills in every aspect. Before class, in class and after class are the three steps arranged with 5,30, and 15 minutes and later on. In this way, students can learn by themselves as well as show themselves openly. They can also extend their learning time and content outside class.Opening-class Teaching is a kind of group learning, but it can be divided into three periods as individual learning, couple learning and group learning. Individual learning refers to the period when students go through the guiding plan on their own. Couple learning is that students help and learn from each other while finishing the guiding plan. And group learning is the most important period when every member of the group exchange his/ her learning with others and draw the joint conclusion. This time, they choose one of them as the speaker on behalf of the whole group to show their points in class. At the same time, teacher's estimation also emphasizes the group achievement not a group member.
