Study On The Present Situation And Developing Countermeasures Of Aerobics Education Of Private Colleges In Changchun City

Aerobics education is an important component of college physical education which plays a decisive role to achieve the goals and improve the important function of college physical education. College physical is the highest level of school education and it is also a key stage of life-long sports to students. During this period, aerobics, as the main content of college physical education, has aroused the majority of students favor, and it has also brought much vitality to the college campus.Private universities appeared in the 20th century, 80's. With the promulgation and implementation of "Private Education Promotion Law," private higher education has got a rapid development and it has become an important component of higher education. It is not only the inevitable result of the development of society but also the task of college sports, and it will play an important role in China's higher education. Therefore, we need to focus on the status of higher education to conduct in-depth study and exploration.In this paper, we study the present situation and some factors which have effects of aerobics education of private colleges in Changchun city through doing the literature survey and other methods of mathematical statistics among six private colleges, 30 teachers and 300 students. The results show that the present situation of aerobics education is quite unsatisfactory. For example, firstly, there are few hours, unreasonable arrangements and simple teaching contents for aerobic education. Secondly, the teachers for aerobics with less educational background are too young to have enough experience and research abilities. Thirdly, the equipments of gym for aerobics are not perfect enough. Finally, there are not so much systematically organizations for aerobics activities after class. The main factors we analyzed are below: firstly, the leaders of colleges do not pay attention to it. Secondly, the teaching contents of aerobics are not novel enough to meet the needs of students. Thirdly, there are few professional aerobics teachers. Fourthly, the sports facilities offered are poor which can not meet the needs of teaching. In view of these factors, this paper conducted an analysis on the developing countermeasures for private colleges in Changchun city in order to carry out a better aerobics education and at the same time we hope to give some reference to promote the aerobics education in private colleges to develop steadily.
