Soving the problems of the education of left-behind children in the country areas has significant and practical significance. It contributes to realize rural community's sustainable development and promote the construction of the socialism harmonious society. In this thesis, we will face directly to this problem and try to find the solution ways finally.In order to obtain comprehensive and objective facts, the author investigated some elementary and middle schools in S county. Through analysis and comparation to child's study, human communication and obeying to principles of schools, this thesis reflects the complexity and the gravity about the situation of those left-behind children in the country. As we know, the situation was caused for many kinds of complex reasons , not only the institutional factor, but also the policy factor; not only the school edition factor, but also the home education and the social education factor. But the author belives that lack of an effective running system is the key of the contradictory. This system should run smoothly and contribute to the conformity of educational resources. Under the situation such as the investment from the local administration department is insufficient and the educational resources are scattered, to construct a framework of integrated education, in which government holds the dominated station and the family, school and community work coordinatedly is a practical choice and in urgent need.To construct a framework of integrated education is feasible. The economic potentiality of our country lays a solid material foundation for education development. Moreover, valuable practical experience has been accumulated during exploring the way of education of Left-behind children. The author selects a case of Feidong County in Anhui Province and carries on the thorough analysis. The author also believes that constructing the framework of integrated education is helpful. Because in this framework, the government's responsibility is defined and the tripartite resources in family, school and society are integrated. The entire society should be responsible for the education of those left-behind children in the countryside commonly. The author suggests that following actions should be taken to construct the framework: firstly, each integrant part in this framework must be located accurately—the government hold the leadership role, the school is the main body and the family occupy the foundation. Secondly, the key is to establish an effective and smooth education mechanism. At the same time, Some organizations or agencies should be established to carry on the overall plan and integrate all kinds of educational resources; Furthermore, in order to offer omni-directionally loving concern and educate children in the three-dimensional life space, we should construct supplementary synthesis education network and an open educational platform, in which the resources are complementary and the tripartite are interacted.In brief, only when the school, family and community coordinatedly work together to the education of those left-behind children in the country under the guidance of the government, the problem of education of those left-behind children in the country could be solved fundamentally.
