An innovative talent with features of creating and applying knowledge is great needed in the 21st century. Experimental teaching of junior biology has an important role in developing the students' abilities of researching innovating and basic scientific literacy. However, in fact, there are still many problems in biology teaching, so we identified this issue.This study confusion literature research method questionnaire survey and compared the experimental method. Through a questionnaire survey, we analyze the status of Anyang biology experiment teaching. On this basis, we chose two classes to conduct experiments. We adopt a variety of experimental classes' evaluation strategy to promote the teaching of biological experiment measures, while we do not conduct experiments on the other class and take traditional teaching methods. The experimental time lasted one year. After the experiment, we carried out post-test Statistical Analysis and Horizontal comparison to determine the effect of the experiment. The main conclusions of this study are as follows1,Science courses condition in Anyang elementary school does not admit hoping for the best. The teachers of Science courses are most likely part-time faculties, so the experiments in science courses can't be normally completed, and the students seldom do the experiments themselves, as a result, they are weak in the experiments. There are more problems in Experimental teaching of junior biology. And school experiment conditions can not be satisfied with the need of new course reform, biology is not in the list of the senior high school entrance exam subjects. School administrators do not attach importance to biology, the experiment valuation is poor, and so the students have no interests in it either.2,This research used the function of the encouragement, diagnosis and development in the evaluation, took the comprehensive evaluation strategies, aroused the students' experiment initiatives effectively, and strengthened the classroom management in the experiment instruction through the concrete evaluation case of the experiment instruction. It cultivated the students' emotion of loving biology and promoted different types of biology experiment instruction effectively. It had an independent sample T test on the verification experiment result ,P = 0.002( P<0.05) and on the inquiry experiment result, P=0.008( P<0.05). There were noticeable differences between the experimental class and the control class. The research results showed that the fully usage of the subject strategy, the forming strategy, all-round strategy and pluralism of evaluation ways could foster the biology experiment instruction a lot.
