Mongolians experienced acculturation for many times. In the background of global integration and cultural pluralism, Mongolian is preceding acculturation one more time right now. This research attempts to discover status of the Mongolian adults'acculturation, parenting style and their impaction to each other. Field research, questionnaire method and literature method are used. Research object is Mongolian adult. 475 valid questionnaires have been adopted."Mongolian adults'acculturation questionnaire (MAAS)"and"Parenting Style Questionnaire"are established in Mongolian. Field investigation was placed in Wunenbat, Ming-antu town and Darhanwool, Keshikhteng. The results demonstrate that:1. Most of Mongolian adults are adopted the integration strategy and separation strategy in the field of using language. There are notably differences in areas and age grades. Integration and assimilation strategies are used in the cultural and historical field. There are notably differences in areas, age grades and gender. Only the integration and separation are adopted in the interpersonal relationships, and area differences exist. In technology and relaxation field, integration, marginalization and separation strategies are used in sequence. There are notably differences in areas, age grades and gender. 2. Parenting styles of younger parents inherited their parents parenting styles in some aspect, and developed their own traits in some other aspect. In the overprotection points group, indulgence points group and inconsistency points group, differences exist in areas and age groups. Area differences don't exist both democratic and autocracy score groups, but the age grade differences still exist.3. There are complex interaction between the acculturation and parenting styles. On the one hand, parents'parenting styles influence their children's acculturation patterns: overprotection points groups influence UR acculturation notably; democracy points groups influence UR, IR and CH acculturation notably. Autocracy influence CH acculturation notably. Inconsistency points group influences UL and IR acculturation notably. On the other hand, acculturation styles affect parenting styles too: UL acculturation affects autocracy group remarkably; CH acculturation affects indulgence, autocracy and inconsistency points group significantly; IR acculturation affects indulgence and autocracy group significantly.
