Psychological contract, as an area of organizational behavior study, was introduced into Management field in the 1960s. Researcher used this concept to emphasize the implicit, informal and undisclosed mutual expectation and understanding between employees and organizations except the provision of the formal economic contract between them. With the economic transformation and enterprises changes in the 1980s, psychological contract again aroused the academe's notice and enthusiastic discussion. From the 1990s, the concept of Psychological Contract has been introduced and applied to the relative research in China. However, the correlative achievement was not too much currently, and most of them were discovered from the perspective of the one-way view. On the other hand, the correlative empirical study was almost vacancy, and the scope of the study object was all almost concentrated on the profit organizations.College is a significant place of imparting knowledge and educating people. The teacher and student's relation plays a very basic and important role in the education process. If this relation is of harmonious and stable, it could act as catalyst to greatly improve the teaching effect, and to encourage the students'enthusiasm on studying. Therefore, bring the concept of Psychological Contract into the higher education could not only in favor of regular teaching, but also offer the college staff a new suggestion to conquer the present deficiency of management of teaching. As the relationship between teachers and students has been taken great changes, and especially the current style of study is declining, in this new situation, how to utilize the Psychological Contract to analyze issues and turn around the complexion becomes particularly essential.This paper based on the project team's previous research, expounded on both the redefinition of Psychological Contract and its distinction with other related conceptions. Introduced the basic issues of current study of Psychological Contract and put forward some viewpoints, developed the psychological contract measurement questionnaire which is based on both-sides visual angle, and used one-way ANOVA to do the empirical analysis on the differences and sameness of the psychological contract content between teachers and students among three different level colleges. Depend on this, this paper further put forward the new concept - commitment degree of Psychological Contract, and analyzed whether there was correlative degree exist between the levels of commitment and the levels of colleges. This paper expected to offer a new idea for the college administrative staff better education quality by applying the teachers and students psychological contract, and to change the current declining tendency in style of college study to a positive studying attitude.
