The Study Of Organization & Content & Evaluation In Network-Training Of In-service Teachers

This study is based on the case which the implementation in Jiading District of Shanghai teacher education technology training and teacher professional development in rural area and"menu"elective courses training . By the experience summarized by the author, this article study network-service teacher training on the organization, content and platforms, evaluation.This study is divided into three parts. The first part is the main organizers of the network training, district teacher-training institutions, teachers and other changes in status and influence. The second part is the core of the network training to assume the "education" and "learning" function of the network platform and training research. The third part is to study network training evaluation process in practical evaluation.The study concludes that:Flat in the process of training organizations, training organizers of the training process management and supervision of the authority was strengthened; District teacher training institutions on the training organization authority was weakened; the status of teachers through feedback and evaluation of training and activities was upgraded.In order to data sharing, platform should establish main index by teacher training's number; provide function that teacher can personalize provision the source and activity.In order to achieve practical evaluation, the advantage that teacher training institutions is close the county line should be expanded.With 3G technology, cloud technology represented a rich practical evaluation of new technologies means to reduce implementation costs and increase the possibility of realization.
