With the gradual implementation of the new curriculum reform, effective teaching, the education sector has increasingly become the focus of attention. From the sociological perspective, the process of teaching that is, between teachers and students, among students of language, cultural symbols as the media, in order to understand the basis of the interaction process. The effectiveness of teaching depends on the teaching of the effective interaction, but the existing classroom teaching that there are lack of communication with the barrier, thus rendering ineffective teaching exchanges, or invalid state. How to make our classroom teaching communication effective? Have increasingly become the focus of our research. Effective Classroom Teaching Communication in the same time, research on teaching the reality of China's reform and development of curriculum and teaching theory has important theoretical significance and practical value. For this reason, this study from the sociological perspective, in order to symbolic interactionist theory, Habermas's communicative action theory and effective teaching theory as the theoretical basis for combining theory with practice perspective, the integrated use of literature, investigation and France and theoretical analysis, research methods focused on the sociological analysis of effective teaching interaction, and presents an effective teaching communication strategies. Main content and basic ideas are as follows:Introduction:The reason of selection of this study was to examine the major issues, purpose and meaning, related theories support the status quo at home and abroad related research, study of heavy and difficult, innovative and inadequate research ideas and methods.The first part of the connotation of effective teaching interaction:From the sociological point of view presented in this study "Effective Teaching Communication " concept, effective teaching is teaching communication exchanges between the ideal state, to form the teaching of the main symbols of human culture as an intermediary, interaction, interactive activities, their interaction process must be based on mutual understanding, mutual respect, equality, democracy and freedom on the basis of; through teaching exchanges, students can receive the strength and enduring spirit of the shock, as well as the strong ability to innovate weak and for the life of the cognitive state; teachers get the meaning of life resulting improvements, reconstruction of teacher-student relationship. Went on to present the characteristics of effective teaching and type of interaction.Second part of the classroom interaction of factors affecting the status of investigation and analysis:selected in Southwest China and central eastern part of the county's public schools as a subject of investigation, the content is divided into teacher-student communication mode the communication methods between studengts, teacher-student relationship, Teaching the teacher-student interaction in several aspects of the role of a questionnaire survey, using Spss15.0 a descriptive analysis of statistical software.
