On The Marxist Theory Of Human Development And The Guidance Of College Students' Development

There is a research on the Marxist theory of human development and the guidance of college students'development in this paper. Its anchorage is to promote the work of guiding college students'development with the Marxist theory of human development as a guide. Full-text is divided into three parts.The first part illustrates the formative processes of the Marxist theory of human development and its basic provisions. Marxist idea of person's all-round and free development has undergone a bud, resulting in the gradual deepening and development of the process and eventually formed in the "On Capital". Among them, the comprehensive development includes the development of physical and intellectual, the development of skills and aptitudes, and the development of social relations. Free development is a higher level of human development, based on comprehensive development. Free is mainly manifested in two aspects:people's freedom to achieve all that we need, people's freedom to achieve ability of all aspects. The so-called comprehensive development and free development of human development are not two different states, but the different expressions under the same state of development. The difference between the two concepts is that the former emphasizes the development of comprehensive, and highlights the state of human existence on the comprehensiveness; the latter emphasizes the development of original, and highlights the state of human existence on the autonomy. Meanwhile, the all-round development and free development is the concept of two interrelated and mutually premise and conditions. As for the realization of the human development, it includes the following aspects:the height of the productive forces and production relations, the development of the collective and the surrounding human, and the enhancement of people's spiritual lives.The second part mainly researches on the content, meaning and the status quo of the guidance of college students'development. The so-called guidance of college students' development refers to guide through education, counseling, psychological counseling and so many ways, targeted on college students'development, concerned about the service theme for students, in the process of facing the psychological, living, learning, employment and other aspects of the various development issues, to facilitate excitation potential, so that college students may have been a sound personality and character development. The guidance of college students'development can be divided into academic guidance, career guidance, psychological counseling and activity guidance, and other aspects. Colleges have recognized the need to guide the development of college students, and carried out some work; however, compared to the development objectives and requirements of college students, the work is still in the shallow surface. From the entire education environment, the development of college students faces many difficulties; the guidance of college students'development also faces many problems.The third part is the end-result of this paper, namely:with the Marxist theory of human development as a guide to help guiding college students'development. People's all-round and free development is the target of higher education. As a purposefully cultivating people and promoting human development activities, education first faces the relationship between people and their own existence; of course, people in the education process, are in the relationship between the realities of multi-real people. However, they are in the relationship between their own existence and development in first. So, the aim of education should first consider the relationship between human and the realities of their own existence and development, and cultivate people into the main body of their own existence and development, that is all-round and free development of people. Based on human development theory, the comprehensive development of college students includes ideological and political qualities, physical, psychological, scientific and humanistic qualities and interpersonal aspects of development; the free development of college students including the development of the need and capacity. In light of the problems exposed in higher education, in point of view of the Marxist theory of human development, there is much work to be done as for the future reform of higher education. The work to guide college students'development should be in the guidance of the Marxist theory of human development, as for theoretical basis, to build a scientific education evaluation system, the implement autonomy in colleges and universities, and to achieve institutional transformation of university management, and eventually achieve students'all-round and free development.
