With the continuous development of football, it is request the player's athletic ability to be improved accordingly called on players to have better physical ability. At present, how to improve the physical ability of football players is a hot issue today.In recent years, the training center of the State General Administration of Sport have conduct a long-term training on the physical training instructors the theoretical knowledge and practical ability to through to each project learn from foreign experts, our coaches have learnt a new philosophy and method of physical training, especially the core strength training methods caused coaches huge reaction. It is should be explored and demonstrated on how to use Core strength training on football training and competition.This paper focus on the strength training for football players (especially the core strength training) to quantify the implementation, monitoring and analysis, to explore new methods of strength training for football players; testing and recording the rapid change movement indicator, and analysis of the data to establish soccer players the rapid change of science to the mobility evaluation; through the study of the paper, hoping to promote the competitive ability of football players to continues increasing.In this paper, literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics have been used to analysis the core strength training for football players to experiment the fast-changing mobility.With Shanghai East Asia soccer team (U-17) athletes for the experimental group and Hebei Province soccer team (U-17) athletes for the control group, a 4-week experiment, alone with these two teams to track the training and testing, control of experimental conditions, to reflect the rapid change to the football players of the five indicators of mobility testing, derived data and statistical analysis, the following conclusions is:1 From the group comparisons, through the core strength training, the experimental group's Pro, Nebraska, and "T" shape run test of before and after indicator the results are significantly different.2 While the control group, although the results of traditional strength training has improved, but it was not significant, core strength training to improve football players quickly become obvious to the mobility effect.3 From the comparisons between the two groups, experimental group and control group compared with the results very significant difference, indicating the core of strength training for football players quickly become a great impact to the mobility, whereas the traditional strength training to the control group before and after have little effect on performance.
