Analysis Of Evaluation Indicator System Of Group Lesson Coach In Fitness Club

Group fitness class instructor is the place a core member of the team coaches, bearing on the quality of training fitness groups, security and lifestyle. The level of coaching group lessons not only related to fitness is scientific, reasonable and directly affects the operational effectiveness of the fitness club. Currently, group classes on fitness club instructor evaluation of theoretical research and discussion are short, there is no integrated system analysis. As the club lack of reference, in the recruitment group lesson coaches, and other sectors rating evaluation method can not be accurately. Lead management system is flawed and group classes with low overall quality of coaching. Therefore, to enhance operational group fitness class instructor places the standardization of evaluation index system is imperative.In this paper, the group lesson coach evaluation indicator system is the starting point of the study. The purpose is to establish evaluation indicator system of group lesson coach of fitness club, to provide a scientific and specific basis for group lesson coach evaluation, as well as a reference for the recruitment group lesson coaches, and other sectors rating evaluation method. Based on a reasonable evaluation, make class coach's salary in line with the job performance. This will not only strengthen the sense of competition, but also play a role in group lesson coach motivation, in which way enthusiasm and initiative of the coach is enhanced. As a result, potential of the coach can be fully exerted.In this paper, documentary analysis, survey method (questionnaire, interview and Delphi method) and mathematical statistics are used to study group lesson coach evaluation indicator system as well as the method to choose evaluation indicators. The system is established and it turns out to be reasonable.
