The Designing And Development Of The Information Technology Teacher Training System Based On The Web Environment

IT teachers'training in elementary and middle school has become one of the hot spot in the field of educational technology. Combined with my work experience and exchanged views with other IT teachers, I find that the existing IT teacher training in process has many drawbacks. In the current context of the new curriculum reform, our province elementary and middle schools IT teacher training's development situation actually does how, and how to promote each kind of training expansion well, with such problems I am going to carry out a series of proposed research and exploration.This paper, which in view of the present situation, the existence question and teacher's characteristic and the demand of the current IT teacher's training in our province, has carried on a detailed investigation,and made a system's elaboration on how to design and develope the IT teacher training system under the Web environment. And under the guidance of the relevant theory, I have tried to carry on the design and the development from a practical point of view of teaching. After the system development completed, I has conducted a follow-up research, and summarized the system's implementation effect and the existence questions, and then proposed further improves the suggestions,which through the students' response to the system in the training process, unifies to student's interview and the questionnaire survey.The results indicated that this training system, while enjoying such advantages as being economical, practical and repeatable, can supplement and enrich the actual teaching practice. At the same time, I also hoped that through this topic,I can provide a new mentality for elementary and middle school IT teachers' education training to enhancethe teachers'teaching skill and build the foundation for teacher's career development.
