Research On The Development And Implementation Of Teacher Performance Pay Systems In American Public Primary And Secondary School

Teachers of compulsory education shoulder the responsibility of fundamental education of the whole nation. Nowadays, the reform on their pay system has become a global hot issue. China began to carry out performance pay system in compulsory education on January 1st,2009. The United States, as the world earliest country to implement performance pay system in public primary and secondary school teachers, has made positive exploration and practice in this aspect, whose successful experience and problems worth our using for reference.The full article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction to the dissertation.
