The role of competitive state in athletic competition has aroused more and more attention of researchers and discussion from various aspects concerning the concept, content, features and regulation. However, most of these studies are concerned about the competitive state of "common" in a broad sense, but seldom discuss about developing competitive state of "particular" based on the characteristics of the competitive event, which will naturally affect the excitation and controlling of competitive state factors. This paper selects the athletes of Chinese University Basketball Super League (hereinafter referred to as "Super League") as subjects, classify the players into four types through technical statistics, as well as conclude that the psychological factors before the match are the main factors affecting the competitive state which is consistent before and during and after the match by measuring the emotional status of athletes before the match by scoring statistics through the questionnaire, and by comparing and analyzing emotional impact factors of different types of players before the game. And it plays different roles in different stages. Through the analysis of impact factors before the match, the factors affecting the competitive state of players can be obtained, which is used as a primer to further argue the factors that affect the competitive state from three aspects of sports psychology, exercise physiology and sport sociology. What need to be explained is that the study questionnaire selectes the summary table of "Pre-match Mood Scale-T" (Appendix 1) with 16 entries developed by Zhang Liwei. The survey notes the social anxiety tendency of players, while social expectations anxiety experienced by players before the game often play an important impact on their games. According to the social orientation characteristics of sports achievement motivation and mood for athletes, Zhang Liwei (2001)proposed the five-factor model before the match, which consider the mood as second-class factor, dominating four first-class factors including self-confidence, somatic anxiety, individuals failure trait anxiety and social expectation anxiety. According to the 5 factor model of emotions before the match, "Pre Mood Scale-T" was developed. The original purpose of selecting this table in this study is focused on the psychological status of athletes before the match, and focused on the important factors of psychological factors, on the basis of which other factors are explored. The results shows that:among various factors affecting the adjustment of athlete competitive, psychological factors are throughout the entire race, and different factors affecting different types of players will also be converted into inner psychological factors and in turn affecting the individual's performance. So it is the primary means of regulating the state of competition to pay attention to psychological adjustment. In addition, according to the competition system and features of Super League, combined with different types of players, different control methods should be proposed before, during, and after the match respectively.
