Two kinds of teaching modes of integration of information technology and biology course are constructed and experimental researching are completed based on the ideas of the new curriculum standards, constructivist learning theory and modern teaching pattern. Based on these, the results are analyzed and discussed. We have made a conclusion that these two kinds of teaching modes can definitely promote the quality and efficiency of biology curriculum in the senior school.First, the concept system, instruction idea and theories of Modern Information Technology and Course Integrating are obtained by summarizing the practice and studying theories of national and international information technology integration . The related theories about teaching modes of MIT&CI are given by theory deducing and experiment studying, which are the integrating modes based on courseware and resource-based and special topic web respectively.Second, two kinds of teaching modes of curriculum integration are applied into specific instructional practice in the experiment class. We have examined, analyzed, adjusted and evaluated them according to teaching examples and formed two kinds of suitable teaching models on a certain instructional conditions.Finally, the significance and value of two kinds of teaching modes are analyzed by researching the theory and experiment of MIT&CI, and the existing problems are discussed and perfect methods and strategy are put forward.
