Study On Hohhot Private Vocational Training Schools Situation And Countermeasures

Community-run vocational training is an important part of modern vocational education system in our country. It has a great contribution to our country's economy as well as train up a large number of technical professors. Especially following the decree of"Community-run education Improvement", community-run vocational training schools are paid a lot of attention by various people. The development of community-run vocational training schools, however is not optimistic. The problems in the progress of running take a negative effect to its development. The essence of improving the level of community-run vocational training is planning reasonable advise for these problems.My essay outlines the situation of Hohhot community-run vocational training schools at present on the basis of theories and survey.Some problems are presented for the private vocational training schools of Hohhot in this paper. 1. disorder of the admission and flooding the false advertising. 2. instability and low-quality of the stuff. 3. lack of long-term planning but instead of short-term behavior. 4. mediocrity and monotone of the running. 5.lack of practice and training base. Aiming at these problems, countermeasures are proposed based on both external and internal management in this paper. External controls are as follows: (1) strengthen the government and guide of the private vocational training school. (2) promoting educational equity which promises the equal treatment for the private vocational training school. (3) giving play to the Association of private education. Internal countermeasures are: (1) strengthen school management and development plans, focus on sustainable development (2) running schools honestly. (3) building a steady and high-quality teaching body. (4)establishing characteristics schools (5) enhancing the construction of the training base.
