Peer conflict in kindergartens is companion, people often see it as violence and widespread ban it. But as for preschool education research is more and more ,researchers realized that children's peer conflict behavior is an important part of children, not only benefit to the mutual understanding between children, but also benefit to infants gradually to "ego" and socialization.At present, the research of preschool children's peer conflict is gradually increasing, both for analysis characteristic of peer conflict and preschool teachers'intervention of peer conflict. On the basis of various research of preschool projects, the value on education of preschool peer confict had preliminary clear. However, those children in conflict are still small, teachers and parents should give necessary and correct guidance timely, and guide children to face it consciously and rightly, adopt more positive strategies to solve the children's peer conflict . Senior group children has been system trained in kindergarten two years, intelligence and physical development had great progress, to social norms and interpersonal also has a certain understanding. Therefore the attitude and strategies in conflict of older kindergarten children is different to younger children's. At this stage, the children of his peer conflict view will directly affect the development of children's socialization, and also had a far-reaching impact on the development of physical, mental and personality.The study on the basis of problem for kindergarten children's peer conflict analyzed and classified the peer conflict cases, and summarized the characteristics of peer conflict, and discussed the influence factors of the peer conflict, therefore to say positive influence of children's peer conflict to there growth and puts forward relevant Suggestions.
