A Study On The Impacts Of "Certificate Craze" On The Undergraduate Of H University

In recent years,the employment of the undergraduate becomes more and more increasingly following the years of the college enrollment significantly increased and the implement system of their own careers. Under such a competitive environment,the individual of the student will not only to grasp the knowledge and skills,but also has to continuously improve the overall quality of the individual that can occupy a vocation in the social competition. In order to severe employment situation,job-seekers on the road to increase their own bargaining chips,college students not only study the professional courses,but also have to join in the certificate craze. The students make their efforts to obtain a wide range of qualifications,formed a certain scale of the campus"certificate communities."The writer thinks that the correct understanding of textual phenomenon is good to exploring the relationship between textual research and career planning,also good to guiding undergraduate students to take textual examination. This research in China on the basis of existing research results,uses questionnaire,literature analysis and other methods,the interviewees are the combination of junior,senior year of undergraduate students from the perspective views,and discusses the relationship between the textual research and career planning. Based on present situation of undergraduates of H university,from the data analysis the textual research and study the relationship between the career planning and research results,found the inner link between career planning and textual research. Based on the survey of the textual for the research and investigation,found that H university students with blindness,lack of textual reasonable planning,whose certificate value is not high,the ability is not improved much;college career is not planned well. These problems are under the influence of various factors,for example,their own,university and society. At last the research gives some conclusions:rational attended college career planning certificate is useful to the future job;career planning reasonably plays a guiding role to rational research. Finally,the research gives some suggestions from the student,university and social.
