Modern football game was born in the UK in 1863. Since it has its unique charm, it becomes more and more popular around the world in 150 years. With the continuous deepening of the process of professionalization, it has been improved a lot. Thus, football becomes the so-called "World No.1 Sport." However, as the birthplace of ancient football, football in China is getting poor in recent years. Chinese national team was eliminated in group stage in 2007 AFC Asian Cup . And it was washed out in the second round in 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification. qualifying in South Africa are eliminated in the second round and so on. All these facts show that the Chinese football has fallen into a valley. The thesis aims to analyze the fitness and motion characteristics of midfield players in the final eight teams of the Eleventh National Games men's Group A (U20). This study analyze the overall motions of athletes from the distance and sub-time motion by on-site video and technical and tactical software, establish the best regression model China's U20 midfield players in different forms and at different times of the motions of distance and audience motions. At the same time its data with data from the world's high-level players were compared. From the study on the physiological basis for Aerobic exercise capacity and anaerobic exercise capacity were compared. In order to identify the reasons for the gap was found, thus to guide the training of coaches using the appropriate ways and means to carry out targeted training, in order to raise the level of soccer in China provides a theoretical basis. In this paper, the author takes the midfield players in men's Group A football match of National Games as the research object. It is a research of the players'motion ability. The author uses many ways such as literature review, expert interviews, observation of statistical methods and mathematical statistics. The conclusions of the research are as follows:(1) The study researches football midfielder players'motion ability of National Games men's (U20) competitions in a system of quantitative measurement for the first time. Especially, it establishes the first"the best regression model of players". It is a better understanding of Chinese U20 midfield players'physical agility and characteristics of motion in recent years. In addition, it will have far-reaching impact to improve Chinese players'fitness.(2) This study indicates that the average motion distance of U20 midfield players in 90minutes is 9671m. However, the analysis found that: different players from different types of motions, there was a highly significant difference, while the anaerobic metabolism of our players running distance only accounts for 10.71% of the total motion. The high-intensity aerobic running distance is relatively few. This shows that for U20 players should improve the arena of anaerobic metabolism and the ability to restore physical ability in a short time.(3) After the analysis of players motion distance in different time, the author found that the motion ability of midfield players in six different periods has obvious differences. Apart from the 15minutes after the opening whistle and 15 minutes before the end of matches, their motion distance in other periods is relatively few. there is a clear decline of players'high-intensity aerobic capacity and anaerobic glycolysis in the second half. In the final period, their phosphate capacity of the original power supply system also showed a visible decline.(4) The research on the correlation and regression of motions of the players indicates that: Only low-speed running distance and total motion distance shows a significant linear correlation; and here is a regression model showing different forms of motions of the players, that is, y? =6782.952+0.777X In this model, y is the total motion distance, X as for the low-speed running distance in the whole match.(5) In this study, the analysis of motions of players from different time correlation and regression indicates that: relationship between the motion distance of U20 midfield players in the first half 15-30mins and the total distance is not very close. In addition, there is a significant linear correlation between the motion distance in the other five periods and the total distance. Meanwhile, there is a negative correlation of a certain degree in the motion distance between two consecutive periods; and the author has established a regression model which shows the motion distance in different forms of motions of the players, namely: y? =-84.151+1.352X1+1.589X4+2.089X5+1.086X6 Where y ibid, X1, X4, X5 and X6 were motion distance in 0-15min in the first half, 0-15min, 15-30min, and 30-45min in the second half. (6) There is no obvious difference of motion distance between the U20 midfielder and domestic top players. The high-intensity running of U20 players is much higher than the domestic top players. Therefore, the constituent ratio of national U20 midfield players in the whole game has an obvious optimization. The motion intensity of players has improved significantly.(7) There is a big gap between the motion distances of Chinese U20 midfield players and the European players, especially in the distance of low-speed running and sprint running. And the gap between the distance of high-intensity aerobic running is very obvious which shows that our athletes in the race to repeated sprint ability and the ability to eliminate lactic and provide energy by moderate-intensity aerobic running should be improved when compared with the European athletes, there are obvious gaps.(8) By comparing with the motion ability of European players at different periods, the author found that the motion distance of European players in all periods, high-intensity running distance and the proportion of high-intensity running distance can maintain a high level of stability. Chinese players'high-intensity running distance is at a low steady state. The aerobic low-intensity running distance accounts for a large share. Therefore, the exercise intensity of Chinese players in the game is much smaller than the European players.
