The School Systemic Change Supported By Educational Technology

From the industrial age to the information age is the complex transformation of society, and all aspects of society will undergo profound changes including educational district. Among all the reforms of education in modern times, the most basic one is the school change. The systemic change of the school system under the guidance of educational technology systemic view will lead to the real change of educational systems and be bound to the development of the times. There are some realistic problems in school development and changes in our country, such as decreased learning ability of students, the new appearance of unfairness, the transformational practice to become a mere formality, principals'and teachers'situation awkward and so on. Moreover, we can find that, there are also two kinds of resistance in our school change. The resistances are from transformational personnel and transformation itself. The FutureMinds initiative is under the guidance of the Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT), which can bring us several enlightenments in following aspects, such as hold the systemic changing ways under the educational technology systemic view, change the educational concept lead to a new educational paradigm in information age, and build a school change leadership team composed of so many people who are in or out of the school system, including the rebuild of relationship of principal, teachers and students in the school system, and strengthen the links of school system with the outside world (governments, families, communities, etc.). It is good for our school educational change and development through the experience in and out of our country.
